Mollie Nelson, RN!!

A lot sure has happened since I last updated on here..... I have finally graduated from college and found out this week that I passed my NCLEX (nursing state boards) so that makes me a Registered Nurse!! I'm super excited. I start working in Labor and Delivery the begining of July, if not sooner. Not only did I graduate but my best friends also graduated from college in May. Bridget and Deidre both graduated from UNCW with teaching degrees and Cassandra graduated from UNC with a nursing degree. We have 2 nurses and 2 teachers in the gang!

This Saturday (6/6) Deidre and Josh are getting married. I pray that the weather will be beautiful not only because its their wedding day and nobody wants a soggy wedidng ( however it poured my wedding day) but because their wedding and reception is outdoors!! I'm sure it will all work out and be beautiful, Deidre has worked so hard the past weeks and months for this day!

Cassandra and Zack are getting married in just a few weeks, 7/11 to be exact and Neil and Delisa the next week. We all sure have been busy with weddings and showers.... so stressful for all but yet so much fun! I hope everything comes together and theses weddings are all the girls have dreamed of.

With all the weddings it makes me think of my wedding day.... I cant believe it has been a year a half already.... time sure flies when your having fun :) haha. Speaking of time flying, my brother Drew will be 17 tomorrow! He is now a senior in high school... I cant believe it!!! I'm so proud of him, although I do pick on him more than I should....Buffie will be 5 years old this month, and she gets more spoiled by the day.... and my best friend Erin, her baby Colton will be 1 this month!!!

Well thats enough for now. Now that I'm out of school maybe I will update more on here. I'll post pics soon of the weddings.

SnOw!!!

I cant believe that it actually snowed, and stuck! haha. It is the day after and still I have to wear my boots to go walk the dog ( and thow snowballs :). I have seriously had the best time. Mama and Drew came and played and brought Chole to play with Buffie, we had a blast! Buffie loved the snow, she loved to eat it. I got the video camera out and said now this is crazy most people are recording their children while I'm out here freezing recording my dog! But he she is my child! The bad part about the snow was that Matt was at work. He will be home tomorrow though. He actually got way more snow where he is than we did. I made some snow cream and put it in the freezer so when he gets home we can enjoy it together :). Well I have a test on Monday so I better go attempt to study... blahhh. Hope you all enjoyed the snow as much as I did! :)

Its called "seven." What you are supposed to do is list seven things about you most people don't know so here goes...

1. I must talk to my Mama a few times each day and the last time we talk for the night she "tucks me in " via the phone with a little rhyme we have said since I can remember! :)
2. I will do anything so I don't have to study.... even if it means scrubbing the toilet with a tooth brush!!
3. I am probably the biggest procrastinator that you have ever met! Seriously ( see above, haha)
4. My Mom is seriously my best friend and I don't know what I'd do without her
5. I've been married almost a year and still have not sat down to pic out the wedding pics that I want to get from the photographer! (back to the procrastination)
6. My biggest fear is loosing someone that I love
7. I have a taxadermaphobia ( not sure if its a real phobia) but I am scared to death of taxadermy, not so much deer heads and ducks but Marlins, Sharks, bears, and anything in Texas steak house scares me to death! ( I was always so scared to stay to your house Kari!!!! haha... )

Well that was fun made me think a little bit.... Hope everyone had a great Thanksgiving! here comes Christmas, ready or not! :) haha.

Hello Everyone! Just wanted to log on and change my background. And I thought I'd just write a little. Well Its been a busy last couple of weeks. School will be out for Christmas soon and I am very excited! We are also looking forward to going to myrtle beach over thanksgiving! But most of all about our ONE YEAR ANNIVERSARY!!!! I cant believe it! Time flies when your having fun!! :) Matt is working with the corps of engineers now and he really enjoys it. I wish he was home more but it averages out to be about the same time gone as with the ferry. I am still working and going to school and its kicking my butt! I like I said before, I cant wait until I have a break! Maybe I can breathe then! haha. Well I hope everyone is well. Maybe I'll get back on and update some more soon! TTFN! (ta ta for now ;)

Lost....

WoW! Its been a while since I have logged on! I actually sometimes forget about this web page. I have been so busy with school and work that its hard to take the time and get on here! Tiffany actually reminded me a few weeks ago that I need to update! Well... Tiffany I need helpl.... I have no idea how to do the cute backgrounds or songs or even add my friends to the side of the page. Anyway, I will play around a bit and see what I can do. I will also update everyone on what is going on in our lives shortly also but in the mean time Grey's anatomy comes on tonight and I need to go get ready for it!

WoW! I really need to check this thing more often! So much has happend since I have been on here.... Matt and I got married 12/15/07! We couldnt be happier. We left on 12/17 and went on a 7 day carribean cruise and we cant wait to go back! We lived at my parents for a while and then had the chance to move out and now we are living beside my grandparents on the water! So beautiful! We moved in Feb. 8th. I love it here but sometimes its stressful and I wish I still lived at home with my family. But I guess there is a time when we must grow up and start a new life on our own. I'm in school 5 days a week this semester and working 2 so its pretty hard to find time to do anything! School is going well though, over 1/2 through this semester! Then the summer semester will be here! haha. not much of a break but I'm enjoying it even though I want to pull my hair out! Well thats enough for now, maybe I"ll update a little more as I get the time!

Well it sure has been a while since I have updated my blog! Where to start??... Well I'm in school 4 days a week and working 2 or 3 days so I'm pretty busy. I'm doing pretty good in school though, its tough expecially when your planning a wedding! Speaking of wedding its just a month away now, I cant believe it! Its crunch time! I've had two beautiful showers and we got some really nice things, thanks to everyone! :) I cant wait to be able to use them. Thanksgiving day we are leaving for Myrtle Beach but Mom and I have to work so it wont be until that night that we are able to leave but it will just save us that much money! Haahaa! I'm excited about getting away for the weekend. I need to start Christmas shopping and M.B is the perfect place to start, I just hope that I hit good sales!!! My bridesmaids also had a very fun bachlorette party for me, what a fun time!! I love my girls! Through everything they have really helped out a bunch and there time is not as far away as they think!! Cant wait! My Matron of Honor just found out she was having a baby I'm so happy for Erin-she says they can call me "aunt Mollie" haha. Erin and I have grown up neighbors all our lives, I'm just so happy for her and Colby I can hardly stand it! Be praying for her though, a lot can still happen! Well I guess I should go, Mama wants me to help get Christmas decor out!! See ya'll soon!
